They absorb and with the charcoal there is no odor. They’re really thick and big. They have little tabs to stick them to the floor if needed. I’m really impressed!

At 34″ x 28″, they’re much bigger than the standard pads we’ve been using, making them a great choice not only for puppies but also for larger dogs or situations where you want more coverage around the edges.The first pad I pulled from the package did have a manufacturing flaw. Part of the absorbent filling was missing, which is visible in the photo I included with the soda can for size reference. Fortunately, the second pad I used was made correctly, so I’m hoping the first one was simply an isolated defect rather than a quality control issue affecting the whole package.Our 8-pound puppy used the pad without any problems, and it absorbed his urine quickly. The moisture stayed contained in one spot instead of spreading across the surface, and the pad didn’t leave his paws wet afterward! I also noticed that it did a good job minimizing urine odor, which is always appreciated.
