It looks like pretty much every other cat food I’ve purchased. The cats don’t seem to have any trouble digesting it. If they didn’t like it so much, and didn’t behave so well when being called to get it, I probably wouldn’t buy it. It’s smelly. It’s messy. The foil lids can be very difficult to remove. There’s too much extra liquid surrounding the food (the variety doesn’t matter) and it gets all over my hands. The product is great, but please be careful when opening bc the items can break easily if mishandled!Opened the package from Amazon and it STANK. It was a rotten smell. I guess the package had been dropped in transit and leaked into the rest of the containers. Two of the food containers were busted open and maggots were crawling on them. Sheba is the one my 1yr old Snow Shoe Siamese loves and the treats.2 issues: The Company should go back to the drawing board. Why not put these messy little containers in 3onz can. I hate when the little containers dont break apart. Stinky cat food on your hands and floor. If you are 85 yrs old try pealing those tinfoil covers off. Another issue. Put a big note on top of the packing box that says open other end.
