SILENT-I’ve had some VERY loud cat water fountains in the past and my cats were scared of them, this thing is near silent, i assume it uses magnets in the base to spin magnet on the pump making it WHISPER quiet.2. Shallow moving water.- This is a nice quality for me because one of my cats like to splash around. I’ve read cats will paw at still water so they can gauge the depth before drinking. The fountain feature on this helps the water move. Very easy to set up and the cleaning instructions aren’t bad either. It says to replace the filter every two weeks so that could be costly in the long run.3. Compact but in a nice way.-this thing is barely larger than a Football but tall enough so it holds a decent amount of water.Overall a great buy, my cat went right up to it after setting up and had herself a nice drink.Variation: Size: 2.5L Fountain

They fit perfectly without any gaps and effectively remove hair, odors and impurities from tap water. This 8‑pack provides excellent value for long‑term use. Just remember to rinse each filter before installation. My picky cat drinks much more water now, and I would definitely recommend them to other pet owners.Variation: Size: 8 Filters

The water stays clean and fresh, and I like that the filter has multiple layers to catch hair and other debris. With two cats using the fountain every day, they seem to hold up well between changes. I’ve tried at least 5-6 different cat water fountains, this is so far is the safest and the easiest to clean. There’s no wire submerged in the water tank and the filters are easy to take out when cleaning. For three cats, the water tank is a bit small but it’s easy to refill.Variation: Size: 8 Filters
