5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent product, and amazing customer service! We bought the “oneisall” 7L dog water fountain a while ago. It has performed well for almost 2 years. It is easy to use and maintain. The stainless steel is easy to keep clean and sanitary. It holds a lot of water to be able to serve a large group of animals for days between refills.We got it to replace a far more expensive cat fountain that was all plastic. it had the plus of having an overhead reservoir that would fill the recirculating fountain as needed. It had a lot of intricate structure that was impossible to get fully cleaned in all the tiny awkward corners. Disassembly for cleaning and reassembly was a difficult, often frustrating process. The perfect alignment of the pump was critical, or it would fail.The simpler, more durable construction of the oneisall, is far better at a much lower price point. The pet care is my daughters responsibility. Recently in an effort to be supportive, I took it on myself to service the oneisall fountain. I took it completely apart and carefully placed all the parts into the dishwasher. One of the smaller, lightweight connector pieces was thrown around in the dishwasher, and came to rest on the heating element for the drying cycle. it melted halfway through the part and fused to the element. I was only able to recover a couple of small fragments. I was completely unable to find the replacement anywhere, even ebay had nothing. In a desperate move I emailed the company directly.Sue was always very quick to respond, as we messaged back and forth. I work the 3rd shift, even at 3am she was giving me almost instant response. The part I needed was not/no longer available. In a bold move, Sue sent me the complete, newest upgraded version of my fountain with expedited shipping. The customer service I have received from oneisall has been shocking, in a current world that seems to be going the direction of “we don’t care, we don’t have to.”Sue has been very pleasant to speak to, and she was dedicated to doing anything she could to solve my problem. I am so impressed that I will be a lifelong oneisall supporter, recommending their products and services any time I can. 4.0 out of 5 stars Loud I don’t normally leave reviews on products but this one I feel like I have to. I bought this exact fountain for my mom in December when her last one broke to give it a try. She takes care of 4 dogs during the day. The fountain was so quiet you couldn’t even hear it running and all the dogs loved drinking from it. She has had zero problems with it and absolutely loves it. So when it went on sale in May I bought a second one for my house. First off, mine is absolutely NOT quiet. It is the loudest pet fountain I have ever had. My cats refuse to drink from it. I finally set my old one back up to get my cats to drink water again. As soon as my old one was back up and running, even my dogs stopped drinking from this onr and went back to the old one. I don’t know why mine is so loud but it will be getting returned. I love that it is stainless steel and easy to clean, but it is worthless being so loud that my cats won’t go near it.Variation: Set name: 230oz Dog Fountain+3 Filters+3 Sponges

It doesn’t make much noise and the appearance is very nice to leave out against the wall and not have to hide it. It makes it very nice to have the visibility light in the front so it shows how much is left in the water bowl. 5.0 out of 5 stars Great way to provide fresh, safe water for your dogs! This dog water fountain is great! It is easy to set up, easy to clean, and easy to refill! My dogs transitioned to it in one day and are drinking far more water than they were from their stainless water bowls! It holds a lot of water too, so I’m no longer constantly refilling water bowls for my Golden Retrievers. It’s very quiet until it gets low on water and even then the noise isn’t very loud. There is a blue light on the fountain that changes to red to indicate the water level is low. As an experiment we left out their normal stainless water bowls next to the fountain for a month, with fresh water in them, to see what the dogs preferred. 5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for fresh pet water This is a nice water fountain. It holds a good amount of water enough for my two dogs. It’s easy to clean. My Doxies long ears tend to hang in the water. The filter keeps the water fresh. The only time I noticed any noise from the fountain is when the water level gets low. Very quiet and easy to assemble. It runs quietly and holds a large amount of water, which is especially convenient if you have a larger dog or multiple pets.The filtration system works well, although, like any pet water fountain, it still needs to be cleaned regularly and the filters replaced as needed.What ultimately prompted me to write this review after eight months of ownership, however, was the company’s exceptional customer service. A component of the filter holder broke, so I contacted customer service to inquire about purchasing a replacement. Sue responded within 48 hours, was extremely helpful, and confirmed that the issue was covered under the company’s two-year warranty. As a result, I did not need to purchase a replacement and instead a new unit was shipped the very next day.Overall, we’ve been very happy with this water bowl, and I appreciate that the company stands behind its product and takes care of its customers. 5.0 out of 5 stars They love it This product came fast and my dogs love it. I was using a gravity water. I guess that’s what it’s called and I noticed so much even with the filters flying buildup and I haven’t so far with this. I noticed my dogs are drinking a lot more and I’m pleased to know that they are getting freshwater every day and it’s cycling out. I got this on a flash deal so I believe I paid a good price for it. Hopefully, it stands up to wear and tear and works great for years to come. It was extremely easy to set up. I washed everything with dish soap before I put it together.
